All applications showcased on this website are independently developed, owned, and published by Yahya Gönder, operating under the studio moniker INK.CREATIVE STUDIO across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Microsoft Store.
1. Who we are
“We”, “us” and “the developer” refer to Yahya Gönder, the individual developer and data controller behind INK.CREATIVE STUDIO. Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing for us to control — but the responsibility for this promise is personal.
2. Data collection: none
Zero bytes collected. Our apps do not collect, transmit or share any personal data, device identifiers, usage statistics, analytics, crash reports, or any content you create — none of it ever reaches us, and we never sell or rent data of any kind. None of our apps requires an account or sign-in.
The one exception: email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, never add it to a mailing list, never share it, and delete the conversation on request. Messages are delivered and stored by our email provider, Google (Gmail), under its own privacy policy.
3. Storage: 100% on your device
All creative projects — books, chapters, scripts, scenes, songs, lyrics, sheet music, guitar tabs and notes — as well as TACT's metronome settings (tempo, meter, per-beat accent patterns, subdivisions and your sound, haptics and Silent Stage choices) and health and fitness metrics are stored and processed locally on your device. CRATE opens only the archives, files and folders you choose; listing, previewing, extracting, compressing, encrypting and verifying archives all happen on your device, previews are decoded in memory without being saved, and extracted files and new archives are written only to the folder you pick. Passwords you enter in CRATE are kept in memory only while you work with that archive and are never saved or transmitted. Our apps do not upload content to servers operated by us and contain no built-in cloud-sync service. If you enable your operating system's own backup or device transfer (for example iCloud Backup, Android backup or Windows backup), that processing is controlled by your platform provider under its own privacy policy.
4. Health & fitness data (Triathlon Connect)
Only with your explicit permission, Triathlon Connect reads workout records from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS or Health Connect on Android, and from FIT files you choose to import. Access is read-only: the app never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect. Health data is analyzed exclusively on your device and is never uploaded, shared, sold, used for advertising, or used for any purpose other than the training insights shown to you in the app. GPS positions are removed from imported FIT files before they are stored, and the app never requests location permission. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings or in Health Connect on Android.
5. Third-party SDKs, advertising & tracking
None. Our apps contain no advertising networks, no analytics or attribution SDKs, no crash-reporting services (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics), and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
6. Permissions
Apps ask only for what a feature needs, at the moment you use it: read access to health data (Triathlon Connect only) and the system file picker or share sheet when you import or export a file. TACT asks for no permissions at all: its haptics use the Taptic Engine, which needs none, and it never accesses the microphone — Tap Tempo measures your taps on the screen, not sound around you. CRATE can open only the files and folders you pick or drop into it and has no network access; on the Mac it runs in Apple's App Sandbox without permission to connect to the internet. Declining a permission never blocks the rest of an app.
7. Your control & deletion
You can edit or delete your content inside each app at any time. Uninstalling an app removes its local data from your device, subject to any backups kept by your platform provider, which you can manage in your device or account settings. Apart from emails you have sent us, which we delete on request, we hold no data about you, so there is nothing else on our side to access, export, correct or delete.
8. Children
Our apps collect no data from anyone, including children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in your country.
9. This website
This website sets zero cookies and runs no analytics. Your theme and language preference are saved only in your own browser's local storage. Every font, style and script is served from this site itself, so your browser makes no requests to third parties such as Google Fonts or public CDNs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy. The metronome demo runs entirely in your browser and records nothing.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
